1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using delighto.pk (the “Website”) or placing any order with Stevia Delighto (“we”, “us”, “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

These terms apply to all visitors, customers, and users of the Website.

2. Products & Availability

All products listed on delighto.pk are subject to availability. We reserve the right to:

Discontinue or modify any product without prior notice.
Limit quantities available for purchase.
Decline orders at our discretion.

Product images are for illustrative purposes. Actual products may vary slightly in appearance.

All products are freshly made daily. Availability may vary depending on preparation capacity on any given day.

3. Ordering Process

When you place an order via our website:

You confirm that all information provided (name, address, contact) is accurate and complete.
We will confirm your order via WhatsApp or phone call before dispatch.
An order is considered accepted only upon our confirmation — not upon checkout completion alone.
We reserve the right to cancel orders in case of stock unavailability, payment issues, or delivery area restrictions.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices displayed on the website are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and bank transfer / EasyPaisa / JazzCash where applicable.
We do not store or have access to your card details. Payment processing is handled by secure third-party gateways.
In the event of a pricing error, we will notify you and you may choose to proceed at the correct price or cancel the order.

5. Delivery Policy

Delivery area: Currently limited to Lahore only.
Delivery time: We aim to deliver within 45–60 minutes of order confirmation. This is an estimate, not a guarantee.
Delivery hours: Monday to Sunday, 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM.
Delays: Delivery may be delayed due to traffic, weather conditions, or high order volumes. We are not liable for delays beyond our reasonable control.
Failed delivery: If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, we will attempt to contact you. If unreachable, the order may be cancelled without refund.

⚠️ Since all products are fresh and perishable, please ensure someone is available to receive your order at the time of delivery.

6. Refunds & Returns

Due to the perishable and freshly-made nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns. However:

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us immediately via WhatsApp at +92 302 8554555 with a photo of the issue.
We will assess each complaint on a case-by-case basis and offer a replacement or store credit where appropriate.
Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 3–5 working days via the original payment method.
No refund or replacement will be issued for complaints raised more than 2 hours after delivery.

7. Health & Dietary Information

We provide nutritional information to the best of our knowledge. However:

Calorie counts and nutritional values are approximate and may vary batch to batch.
Our products are prepared in a kitchen that handles nuts, dairy, eggs, and other common allergens. We cannot guarantee a fully allergen-free environment.
Customers with specific medical conditions (e.g., diabetes, severe allergies) should consult a medical professional before consuming our products.
“Sugar-free” refers to no added sugar; products may still contain naturally occurring sugars from ingredients like milk and cream.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to:

Use the Website for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
Place false or malicious orders.
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Website or its systems.
Submit abusive, defamatory, or misleading reviews or content.

We reserve the right to block users or cancel orders from accounts that violate these terms.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on delighto.pk — including text, images, logos, product photography, and the Stevia Delighto brand — is the exclusive property of Stevia Delighto and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this website without our prior written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Stevia Delighto is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the value of the specific order in question.
We are not responsible for losses caused by events beyond our control (force majeure), including but not limited to natural disasters, power outages, or government restrictions.
