Why Stevia and Not Aspartame or Saccharin?

Aspartame and saccharin are synthesised in a lab. Stevia comes from the Stevia rebaudiana plant, which has been used as a sweetener in South America for centuries. It has a glycaemic index of zero — meaning it has no effect on blood sugar levels. For diabetic customers, or anyone watching their sugar intake, that matters.

It also handles cold temperatures well, which is why it works in frozen desserts without losing its sweetness the way some artificial alternatives do.

What’s Actually Inside

The ingredient list is short on purpose. Pure milk, full-cream khoya, stevia extract, and — depending on the flavour — badaam, pistachios, or plain. No stabilisers. No synthetic colouring. No preservatives that would extend shelf life at the cost of taste.

Every batch is made the same day it’s delivered. If it doesn’t go out fresh, it doesn’t go out.
